To date I have lost 2st 8.5lbs. Last week I lost 3lbs and was Slimmer of the Week also lost another 3lbs this week and was SOTW this week too!

I’m 110% on plan I’m on plan by planning meals, exercising etc. I’ve always struggled loosing weight ever since I started my SW journey on 8th December 2019! But i think the penny has finally dropped what I’m supposed to do! Better late than ever hey! lol 😂

My target is to get below 15 stone before Christmas which is 11 weeks away! I’m way on track to reach that weight target before Christmas!
