Massive surprise!

Today I had my weigh in with SW, I thought I would have put weigh on because I have been away all weekendkend and could really kept on plan totally 100% so I got on the scales this morning and my jaw dropped with a result of -4lbs weight loss!!!

Today I had my weigh in with SW, I thought I would have put weigh on because I havet been away all we I am also down to the next stone bracket 16 stone , before i lost my weigh i was nearly down to 15 stone bracket so I’m defiantly well on my way to get back on track!
