I know when I’m tempted by the synie and feel I am getting much more stronger in not giving in to my little voice telling me to ‘eat you deserve it, just have one’ then when you’ve had one you want more and more! Solution is don’t have 1 then you won’t want another.

I know my triggers and I just have to be strong and imagine myself stepping on the scales on a Wednesday and asking myself ‘ do I want to feel pleased or disappointed?’ It is totally upto me and the only one who can loose weight is me! #angellucyblogger #slimmingworldjourney #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworld
